Oh I'm sure it means trouble. Remember when the work day was 8 hours with a full hour off for lunch (hence the term "Lunch Hour")? Then it went to a 10 hour day, but portal-to-portal, with lunch on the clock. Now they want 10 hours on site, and a 1/2 hour lunch on the clock, or if the lunch is longer, it is off the clock. Pretty soon we'll all just live out of our vans, and never go home. Just go from one job to the next. Probably with no overtime.
